We have to give Sobe credit for being upfront: the label says, “Naturally sweetened with sugar.”
Here are the facts:

So as we’ve learned in this series, 4 grams of SUGAR = 1 teaspoon and an adult should only have 6 to 9 teaspoons of SUGAR a day. So the 8oz bottle alone gives you all you need for the day.
If you’re a DIABETIC or know someone who is, You or they shouldn’t have a hard choice when it comes to these babies! Of course, we all look for the easiest thing for our daily routine.
If you’re a truck driver on the road this will give you a SUGAR high but it’s ultimately not good for you. I would say coffee is a better replacement but we know that most of us add a ton of SUGAR to our coffee so that isn’t a great idea either.
It’s a tasty drink and you will get that SUGAR high but is it worth it? I leave that decision up to you dear reader.
