Baked Zucchini Fries

Baked Zucchini Fries Image

My husband is not a fan of zucchini so I can not get him to try these but I love them. I have made them both ways and I find the healthier version to be much more flavorful. These are great alternative to regular old fried potatoes.

I will dip these in a healthy ranch sauce (recipe below). You can dip or not dip it’s up to you. I found this recipe while looking for other dipping sauces. I love this recipe because I can switch out the yogurt for other bases, like avocado, carrot puree, sweet potato puree. The ideas can be limitless.

I use this fries and dipping sauce recipe to go along with hamburger recipes, fish dishes, chicken breast meals. Like I said it goes with everything, well maybe not cereal or pancakes! HAHAHA
