My husband is not a fan of zucchini so I can not get him to try these but I love them. I have made them both ways and I find the healthier version to be much more flavorful. These are great alternative to regular old fried potatoes. 

I will dip these in a healthy ranch sauce (recipe below). You can dip or not dip it’s up to you. I found this recipe while looking for other dipping sauces. I love this recipe because I can switch out the yogurt for other bases, like avocado, carrot puree, sweet potato puree. The ideas can be limitless.

I use this fries and dipping sauce recipe to go along with hamburger recipes, fish dishes, chicken breast meals. Like I said it goes with everything, well maybe not cereal or pancakes! HAHAHA

Healthier Version
Ranch Dipping Sauce
  1. Preheat Heat oven to 450ºF.
  2. Mix cheese and the parsley with Shake & Bake in a shallow bowl. Healthier Version - Mix cheese, parsley and bread crumbs, seasoning together in shallow bowl
  3. Cut the zucchini in half crosswise then lengthwise into ¼ in thick sticks.
  4. Dip the zucchini sticks into the egg, then into the Shake & Bake( Or bread crumb mixture) mixture. Line up in a single layer on a baking sheet, lined with parchment for easy cleanup.
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes, turning pan halfway through, until the zucchini sticks are tender and the coating is crispy and brown.
  6. For dipping sauce - Put yogurt, garlic, dill weed and spices in blender and blend till smooth. Very slowly add oil so that it emulsifies. Stir in cheese and serve. Use within 1 week
