 Drivers, this series is for you.  Always and we’re putting this together just to help you be healthy and active on the road so that you can get home safe to your families and loved ones. We are not going to blow sunshine up your butts just give you tips exercises and nutrition and ways to do things cheaper on the road so you have more money to spend at home. The key to this is that you have a choice, you can decide to get healthier and we can help you or you can decide to stay the same and the federal government will come down with their laws and kick you off the road.  In a previous blog I told everybody what the federal government and DOT wants to do, and that is use your body mass index as a measurement to see if you can get your medical card. They already have it in place it if your body mass index is  35 or above you have to have a sleep study done. The ultimate goal is to not have anybody on the road with a body mass index of 35 or above. According to the government phone numbers if they put that in effect today, they would kick 67%  of the drivers that are on the road now off!  That’s why they have not put it into effect yet because it would crash the country!
