 OK so what I’m going to do here is put together what I usually have when I go to chipotle. That way it’s fair but I’m just using myself as an example.   Here are the facts:

As you can see  The calories versus the crap is pretty bad when you talk about the chips. I learned something new I’ve never realized how bad this was for me for just one little bag of chips. So we learn something together this time folks!  As I said at the beginning of this this was my average meal that I used to have at chipotle. Others may differ some may be better so maybe worse. I will leave that to you dear reader!

But if you choose a healthier path then here’s what it looks like,  take away the  tortilla and everything changes!

You take 300 cal off at 1040  that’s right off the top plus you take a total of 10 g of fat off 1 g of saturated fat off 690 mg of sodium off 46 g of carbohydrates off 3 g of dietary fiber off and 7 g of protein off! You could even add a 3.5 ounce serving of guacamole if you want to.  It’s all about the choices that we make, we could eat healthy if we just look at the facts and she’s a healthier choice! You see how much just taking away the tortilla makes a huge difference.
