 Since I used to eat this I thought it would be fitting to tell you the facts about it. This was really good and it’s one of the few things I liked at Applebee’s! Here are the facts:

1830 calories

 Total fat 92 g 

 Saturated fat 42 g 

 Trans fat 2 g

 Cholesterol 280 mg 

 Sodium 4290 Mg

 Total carbohydrates 175 g

 Dietary fiber 11 g 

 Sugar 58 g 

 Protein 77 g 

 Now when you look at the protein it looks really good but when you realize that the human body can only absorb about 30 g of protein at a time,  it takes on a whole new look at that point. The sugar at 58 g is awful!  Let me break this down for you, you as an average adult should have only 6 to 9 teaspoons of sugar a day remember there are 4 g in every teaspoon so you can do the math. Plus when you look at the fact that there are so many carbohydrates the sodium is off the charts and the fat is in sane. Your calories  are 1830 and your calories from fat or 830. No matter how good this case it’s really not good for you. When you look at the fact they do you were sitting behind the wheel as a driver and you’re not getting a lot of exercise  then this really puts it in perspective the fact that if you’re not getting a lot of exercise you should be taking in no more than 12 to 1500 cal Max. This is one meal one serving. Again you can do the math on this drivers.
