I have played sports and this rang true. Everyone on the team wants to win. Those that want the glory and recognition are the ones that want the ball and mess the game winning play up. The same thing happens in life whether in your career, or in a home base business that you have to build a team that has the same dream. There is always that person who wants the recognition, praise, or glory. It is a team effort for everyone to be a part of, it’s not an individual effort. Everyone pulls their own weight on the team it is the team that is recognised. It is the team that gets the dream.
Some people can’t pick their teammates. Those who can’t find out how to work with their teammates. There are those who can choose their teammates. Those are the ones that know the team they picked is right for them.
Being on a team means you work to get to the same goal. There is always that glue that keeps a team together it is different for every team.
