When I was on the road I used to carry weights with me so that I could lift while driving. But added wait to my truck which wasn’t a good thing! Now there are resistance bands and most drivers don’t really how easy it can be to exercise on the road right from your truck. This is a little video that will show you some exercises you can do from your truck that does not add any extra weight and can help you stay healthy and fit! As with anything else you should consider that it is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise! You can’t out exercise your diet!
When you are making a choice on whether to exercise or not remember that staying healthy on the road I’ll make your career and the time you spend on the road a lot better if you’re healthy and feeling good. Do not be like me, and wait till you have to get off the road because you have No choice! It’s up to you what you’re willing to put in to keep yourself healthy and to get back to your love one safely! The whole reason why I put these fitness blogs out just to help you!
