We’ve talked about fish before but it’s a good subject and I figured we could revisit. Drivers on the road it’s hard to stay healthy sometimes but we can do it! Take a simple can of tuna in water it’s a great snack low calorie and high protein and omega 3 fatty acid. Here’s a little video that will tell you more about it and what’s healthy and what isn’t.
